Jeff’s therapeutic style supports his clients to see the automatic behaviors, typically borne of trauma in early life. He helps clients get unstuck by providing new behaviors that encourage health, wellness, and wholeness. In his work with men, he offers a container to be vulnerable about the experience of being a man, while also exploring potential negative social conditioning around masculinity. Jeff fully supports men to create their own unique way of being a man in the world.
In addition, Jeff has training in Rites of Passage work, Mirroring and Reflection, and Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Jeff was a remodel contractor and carpenter, as well as a craft cocktail bartender. He is the father of two beautiful and amazing children, and now lives in Boulder with his life partner and their 2 dogs and 2 cats. When not working, Jeff embraces his passion for playing music, rock climbing, and experiencing what it is to be fully alive.
