Roadmap to Intimacy, our four-part video series, is designed to help couples build higher levels of intimacy with one another as if you were participating in one of our couples retreats, but from the comfort of your own home.

The Roadmap to Intimacy takes you on a journey through the four types of intimacy you can cultivate with your partner:

Emotional intimacy — creating a foundation of safety, trust, and communication 

Physical intimacy — finding your inner calm to be an anchor for another

Sensual intimacy — learning to flirt,  touch, and connect in a non-genital, but full-body manner

Sexual intimacy — broadening mutual eroticism in new ways
